Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026 · Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Introduction
LogoForge ("we", "our", "us") operates the LogoForge website and logo maker tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. The short version: our logo maker runs entirely in your browser. We do not store your logo designs on our servers, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Designs and tool usage. Everything you create in the logo maker — brand names, colors, icons, exported logos — is processed locally in your browser and stored only in your browser's localStorage on your own device (for example, the "My Logos" favorites feature). We never see or receive this content. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Messages you send us. If you contact us by email (including via our contact form, which opens your email app), we receive the name, email address and message content that you choose to send, so we can reply. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps) to keep the site secure and operational. This data is used only for security and maintenance.
3. Cookies and local storage
LogoForge uses localStorage in your browser to remember your language preference and your saved logo designs. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
Google AdSense. We may display ads through Google AdSense in the future. If and when ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve and personalise ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices. For visitors in the EEA/UK, see Google's partner privacy policy for how Google uses data when you use partner sites.
4. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve the LogoForge website and tools;
- To respond to your questions, feedback and requests;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only (a) with service providers who help us operate the site under our instructions (such as hosting and analytics providers), (b) when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or (c) with your consent.
6. Data retention and security
Local browser data (language, favorites) persists until you clear it or your browser storage is removed. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we handle, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's privacy
LogoForge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights (GDPR and international users)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, and to object to processing. Because we hold almost no personal data by design, most requests are straightforward. To exercise any right, email zjp133@outlook.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
